1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the Bint Saeed website, content, products, and related services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for orders and communications.
- You are responsible for ensuring your shipping, billing, and contact details remain accurate.
- We may suspend or restrict access where misuse, fraud, or security risk is reasonably suspected.
3. Products, Availability, and Pricing
We aim to present product details, availability, and pricing accurately. However, occasional errors may occur. Product display images are illustrative and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen calibration, and handcrafted production characteristics.
- Prices are shown in the currency you select on the website. Fixed retail amounts are set per currency and are not live foreign-exchange conversions. AED is the default presentment currency for UAE browsing unless you select another supported currency.
- Applicable VAT is handled in accordance with UAE tax requirements.
- We may update product assortment and pricing at any time before order confirmation.
- Custom and personalised pieces are subject to specific lead times and final-sale conditions.
4. Orders, Payment, and Verification
Submission of an order request does not constitute final acceptance by Bint Saeed. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation and payment authorization is successfully completed.
- Payments are processed through secure payment providers, including Stripe (Embedded Checkout), PayPal, and Mollie where offered for your destination. Full card details are handled by these processors and are not stored in full by Bint Saeed.
- We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit orders for lawful reasons.
- Fraud prevention, identity checks, and payment verification may be required.
- Where a payment error or pricing error occurs, we may cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer
Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to logistics, customs, public holidays, weather, or events outside our reasonable control.
- Complimentary shipping within the United Arab Emirates applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of AED 1,000 or more.
- Complimentary worldwide shipping applies to orders with a merchandise subtotal of EUR 500 or more (or the clean equivalent shown in the selected currency).
- Below these thresholds, a flat shipping fee applies: AED 35 within the UAE, and EUR 30 (or the clean equivalent in the selected currency) for international destinations, confirmed at payment.
- International orders are fulfilled with DHL Express; UAE orders are operated by Jeebly.
- Shipping terms, costs, and estimated timelines are shown at checkout or applicable policy pages.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local clearance fees, which remain the recipient’s responsibility.
- Clients must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and email. Non-delivery arising from incorrect details supplied by the client is not the responsibility of Bint Saeed.
- Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping address or accepted recipient.
6. Returns, Repairs and Order Finality
Return and repair handling is governed by our Shipment & Return Policy. All clients should review the full policy before ordering.
- Many pieces are made to order; cancellations and returns are limited once production has started. Ready-to-ship ready-to-wear and accessories follow the Shipment & Return Policy, including final-sale rules that apply to earrings and any other items marked as such on the product page.
- Defect or material non-conformity claims must be submitted with evidence within the stated window.
- Exchanges require all original tags, seals and security labels intact; removal or attempted removal renders a request ineligible.
- Remedies may include repair or replacement first, and refund where required by applicable law.

7. Personalisation and Custom Work
By submitting any personalisation text, you confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws. We may reject personalisation requests that are unlawful, offensive, or non-compliant with policy.
Please check spelling and wording carefully before you submit. We are not responsible for customer-entered errors.
Any item produced with a personalised inner label (including a complimentary House label) is final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind, size preference, or similar reasons, except where a verified manufacturing defect or material non-conformity exists, or where mandatory law requires otherwise.
A complimentary personalised inner label does not exclude an eligible order from HOUSE15 or the House Privilege, subject to the Community terms below — but personalisation still makes the item final sale for exchange purposes.
8. Gift Cards
Bint Saeed Gift Cards are denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). Fixed amounts may be presented at checkout in other supported currencies using the House’s locked retail maps; the underlying stored value remains AED.
- After successful payment, a unique gift card code is issued automatically and sent by email through our transactional email provider (Resend).
- You may elect to send the code and an optional personal message directly to a recipient. In that case, the recipient receives a gift email with the code and guidance on redemption, and you receive a purchase confirmation that includes a copy of the same gift message and code.
- Gift Cards are valid for one Gregorian year from the date of issue. After expiry, any unused balance is donated to charity through the House’s Giving Forward commitments and is no longer redeemable.
- Codes may be applied at checkout on bintsaeed.com for partial or full payment. Remaining balances stay available until expiry. Gift Cards are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified issuance error by the House.
- HOUSE15 and the 10% House Privilege cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards, and neither applies to discounted, sale, markdown or already-reduced items — only eligible full-price clothing and jewellery. Gift-card-only purchases do not count as a qualifying first purchase for Community privileges.
- Lost or compromised codes should be reported promptly to orders@bintsaeed.com. We may void and reissue where fraud or error is reasonably verified.
Bint Saeed Community and House Privileges
Membership of the Bint Saeed Community is complimentary when you register with a valid email through an approved Bint Saeed form. Members may receive House news, collection updates, invitations and information about Community privileges, and may unsubscribe from marketing at any time. Unsubscribing does not cancel an order already placed or a privilege already validly activated.
We may refuse or remove membership where details are false, duplicated or used improperly to obtain promotional benefits.
HOUSE15 — 15% first purchase
Community members may use code HOUSE15 for 15% off one first qualifying purchase of eligible full-price clothing and jewellery. HOUSE15 does not apply to discounted, sale, markdown or already-reduced items. A complimentary personalised inner label does not exclude an eligible full-price order from HOUSE15, but any item produced with a personalised label is final sale and cannot be exchanged (except for verified defect or where mandatory law requires otherwise).
- One use per customer / first qualifying order only; not retrospective.
- Does not apply to gift cards, delivery charges, customs, taxes, separately charged alterations, bespoke or made-to-measure work, limited editions, collaborations, or items marked as excluded.
- Does not apply to discounted, sale, markdown or already-reduced items; only full-price eligible clothing and jewellery qualify.
- Cannot be combined with another discount code, campaign price or store credit; has no cash value.
- Gift-card-only purchases do not count as a first purchase and do not unlock the House Privilege.
- We may refuse or reverse HOUSE15 where we reasonably identify misuse, fraud or repeated abuse.
10% House Privilege
After your first qualifying order is paid and completed, we activate a personal 10% House Privilege for future eligible full-price clothing and jewellery purchases. The privilege is linked to your registered email, is non-transferable, and remains valid until 29 August 2027 (11:59 p.m. UAE time).
- Same product exclusions as HOUSE15 (including gift cards, shipping, taxes and excluded services or editions).
- Does not apply to discounted, sale, markdown or already-reduced items; only full-price eligible clothing and jewellery qualify.
- Cannot be combined with another discount code, campaign price or store credit; no cash value.
- Complimentary personalised inner labels do not exclude eligible garments from the privilege. Personalised items remain final sale for exchange purposes.
- We may suspend or withdraw the privilege if the qualifying order is cancelled, payment is reversed, fraud or duplicate accounts are identified, or the personal code is sold, transferred or publicly shared.
Exchanges, cancellations and returns
Where an exchange is allowed under our Shipment & Return Policy, the amount actually paid applies; HOUSE15 is not reused for a second first-purchase benefit. Items with a personalised inner label are final sale and are not eligible for ordinary exchange.
If a qualifying order is cancelled before dispatch, the House Privilege is not activated. Where we cancel because of unavailability or our error, HOUSE15 eligibility may be restored.
Mandatory consumer rights for defective, damaged, incomplete or misdescribed goods are not limited by these Community terms. Where an entire qualifying order is validly refunded under applicable law, the House Privilege may be withdrawn.
Changes
We may update future Community privileges or eligibility. We will not apply changes retrospectively in a way that unfairly removes a privilege already validly earned, except to prevent fraud, as required by law, or as expressly stated here. These Community terms sit alongside our main Terms, Privacy Policy, Shipment & Return Policy and Gift Card terms. Where mandatory UAE law conflicts, that law prevails.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, creative assets, designs, photography, trademarks, text, and technical materials are owned by or licensed to Bint Saeed and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- No copying, reproduction, scraping, republication, or commercial reuse without written consent.
- No use of brand elements, product images, or proprietary material in derivative work without approval.
- Permission requests can be sent to legal@bintsaeed.com.
10. Permitted and Prohibited Use
- You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and legitimate commercial browsing/purchase activity.
- Any unlawful access, attempted interference, bot abuse, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to block access and take legal action where misuse is identified.
11. Charitable Contribution Statement
Where charitable contribution statements are communicated on-site or in product communications, such statements describe our intended social-impact allocation model and do not alter your purchase price unless expressly stated.
Unused Gift Card balances that expire under section 8 are donated to charity through the House’s Giving Forward commitments.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation.
Bint Saeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, delivery delay, third-party service interruption, or other events beyond reasonable control. Except where liability cannot be limited by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
Except where liability cannot be limited by law, Bint Saeed is not responsible for loss or harm arising from misuse of products, failure to follow care guidance, unauthorised alteration, or improper handling.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bint Saeed from claims, liabilities, losses, and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law, disputes shall fall under the competent courts of the UAE.
For regulatory clarity, this website is operated by a company registered in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, holding commercial license number CN-6384424 issued by the Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (ADRA).
15. Language and Translations
The original language of this website (including these Terms and Conditions, related policies, product information, interface text, and customer communications published on the site) is English. For interpretive, contractual, and legal purposes, the English text controls. Policies, rights, and obligations are read according to the meaning of the English text. If there is any conflict, inconsistency, or ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails.
Where the website or a policy is offered in another language, that translation is provided for convenience only. Translations may be prepared with automated translation tools and assisted review workflows. We take care to present clear material, but we do not warrant that any translation is complete, accurate, current, or free from error.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bint Saeed is not responsible for misunderstanding, claim, loss, or dispute arising from reliance on a translated version of the website, these Terms, or any related policy. No rights may be derived from an incorrect or incomplete translation.
If you notice an error or unclear wording in a translation, please tell us at legal@bintsaeed.com so we can review and, where appropriate, correct it.
16. Changes, Severability, and Contact
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are effective from publication on this page. If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.
